    The “Emilia Dimitrova™ Method” represents an original proprietary methodology, created and developed by Emilia Dimitrova as a result of long-term professional practice, expertise, and independent creative work. The method constitutes a comprehensive, structured system of principles, models, analyses, and practical solutions applicable in the fields of sales, client relations, business development, and customer experience.
  • Composition and Scope of the Method
    The “Emilia Dimitrova Method” includes interrelated functional elements which, by their nature, represent:

    • strategic and practical models for professional success in the real estate sector;
    • analysis and management of clients’ emotional and behavioral motivation;
    • standards, processes, and approaches for building and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

    All descriptions, logical connections, structures, and interactions between these elements constitute an integral part of the proprietary methodology.

  • Scope of Protection
    The intellectual property within the meaning of this notice includes all:

    • texts, formulations, structures, and concepts;
    • methods, models, frameworks, processes, and systems of work;
    • training, consulting, and analytical materials;
    • content published online or provided offline;
    • derivative works, adaptations, enhancements, and interpretations, regardless of their form.

    Protection applies both to the content as a whole and to its individual parts or functional elements.

  • Prohibition of Use and Unfair Competition
    Without the explicit prior written consent of the author, the following are prohibited:

    • copying, reproduction, distribution, or public presentation;
    • adapting, modifying, interpreting, or using a similar structure, logic, or functionality;
    • use for training, consulting, commercial, or marketing purposes;
    • presenting the method or its elements as one’s own or as a third-party development;
    • use in a manner that constitutes unfair competition or misleads third parties regarding authorship, origin, or content.

    Any use that essentially reproduces the logic, structure, or functional characteristics of the method shall be considered an infringement, regardless of the terminology or form of presentation used.

  • Derivative Works
    All derivative works, modifications, adaptations, or enhancements created based on the “Emilia Dimitrova Method,” without the explicit written permission of the author, shall be considered unauthorized and fall within the scope of protection under this notice.
  • Legal Liability
    Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of copyright and may result in civil, administrative, and/or criminal liability in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European legislation.
